weekend off the bike im afraid , went away to wales at easter and then day at cannock last week followed by Semi final to forget .. leaves dean with shit loads of things to do around the flat namely clean it & fix things .. has nothing to do with the weather honest 😐

Got a Brazilian jiu jitsu comp in Manchester tomorrow ( made weight in my class, no dehydration shinanigans for me today thank god ) Then on Sunday we are at a dog show in Leeds with our ridgeback, Rogue. Well, we have as long as I've not had my arm broken by armbar on Saturday 😳
A few of us are out for a no doubt sodden local ride in the morning. Route change required though. I'm not riding down Buckden Woods root-fest in this rain. Thats never going to end well. Arse! 🙁
