Everytrail will record your ride and allow you to take pics which have their location on the ride recorded and visible on the upload via their website
Can't you just convert the recorded Lat/Long to a grid reference later?
There's an iOS app called Theodelite Pro which will include a bunch of data in the photo, lat/long, OS grid, but I've no idea if it's available for Android.

As above, can't you could just use your existing camera app with geo tagging on then convert the lat and long from the exif data.
