Oh god I just had a flashback to being dragged round BHS looking for shirts and trousers.
BHS? Luxury! It were Littlewoods in my day.....
Talk about social mobility, our kids are getting M&S as they had a deal on online!

I got sent back to school a week early one year. Stood waiting at the end of the road for half an hour and then walked back up. My mum phoned another who said we had another week off.
I can only imagine that's what it's like to be strapped on the gurney in the execution chamber and then the phone rings.

My youngest had a "Chinese Day" to celebrate Chinese new year. We got the date wrong. Imagine his little face upon realising the other 29 kids were in uniform, whilst he was dressed as a Chinese warrior, including curly moustache thing. On reflection he took it quite well.
Thankfully his teacher had a spare uniform.
