What you doing on this vey wet Bank Holiday?

Me, I'll mainly be tidying the garage, bike fettling then having a run on the treadmill if it hasn't stopped raining by the time I finish in the garage.

What about you?

Plans for the day abandoned! It's so hideous outside, we haven't even bothered getting dressed. Me and the kids have just watched the Muppet Movie from under the duvet. Just about to do a big roast as its like winter out there! Comfort food required methinks 🙂

We went fora ride round the water park before it got really wet. Balance bike, gf on her mountain bike with kiddie seat and me on my mega. Felt a smidge over biked tbh 😉

Lena only had one off, cried then got up and checked her bike was ok. She's learning well!

Just a bit grey with small showers so may ride over to the Hope Show, otherwise an afternoon trail session beckons. (after painting the shelves and reattaching the cupboard doors I removed on Sat and painting the pan rack, sorting the shelves under the sink and sorting the freezer - could be a short ride!!)

was going to CYB, but we got back later than planned last night, so far been to Sainsburys and just made a shredded ham hock and bbq sauce roll for lunch, may pop out this PM in the car and will probably also bleed the brakes on the bike ready for next weekend, would like to head to the gym later on too.

I am slowly realising I am just going to spend the day tooling about on the interwebs, unless I can get my arse in gear.

Was out at Lidl first thing to buy some cheap cycle gear. Followed that up by taking the dog for a walk. Will very soon be swearing at tools in the garage as I give the Karate Monkey an overhaul.

Miss CD has to work today so I got up at the same time as her with the idea of getting a ride in before the rain. The rain started within 30 seconds of leaving the house and I was completly drenched by the time I returned 2 hours later. Was worth it though.
Now eating my way through a pack of custard doughnuts whilst playing with my new S3.

I was planning on spending the vast bulk of the day in bed watching rubbish films on my laptop with the wife. Unfortunately I got out of bed at a reasonable time, went to B&Q and bought timber, then built a greenhouse.

I've just got back from a 4 mile run with the dogs. They are knackered and I am finishing off a beer.

I wanted to go out for a paddle in the kayak this weekend and didn't manage to, but it could have gone worse
