Here I am sitting here celebrating my 64th Birthday today.... and what have I got planned for it..... will I be going to the pub or out for a meal with my family, or will I just be sitting all day in a recliner chair and contemplating life's little mysteries and how I managed to get to be the age I am....

Hell NO!.....my youngest Son and I are heading up to Fort William to run the WC downhill track.... Life is for living to the max and beyond....

Live long and prosper.....do the things you love and love the things that you do!..... hopefully get a youtube vid posted up soon...if I survive.... 😉

Maybe we're one of the few groups that don't have a screw loose. Especially if the alternative is garden centres and DIY stores.

Have a good one. As a mere whippersnapper of 54 I can only hope to be as active in 10 years time, though I fully plan to be (providing the new jump line we are currently building doesn't end up breaking me!!!).

Age is just a number

Happy birthday!

As I sit here aged 52 having put my back outin the shower after a 35 mile ride on Friday, I intend starting to take more care of myself so I can do the same at your age!

Happy Birthday! Have a hreat time but go steady 😈Im officially an OAP in November 😱 but all the iconic places ive thrown myself off of around the world in the 10 years since diagnosed with crushed spinal vertebrae and Osteoporosis should be more than enough for any MTBer's bucketlist, not me! Covid denied me a trip to Lake Garda last year and this but fingers crossed for next year.
Ive said that one thing you cant alter is your age its how you deal with it what counts. As long as i can keep one step ahead of the bloke with the scythe and long black cloak im doing alright. They say everybodys got a bullet with their name on, i plan on keeping mine in my pocket as long as possible 😎

Have a great day!

Not sure who the oldest is at the Big Bike Bash this year but there is definitely a growing market for 'Just for Men' hair dye 🙂
