The lease is coming to the end with the current tenants and I'm really keen to get a couple in or a family that could manage the walled garden.
It is about a 1/4 acre of garden with lots of sheds and epic greenhouse potential.
It's situated 20 miles north of Carlisle on the A7 scenic route to Edinburgh.
Could work as a market garden or a small holding and the rent is cheap!
It's about 5 miles outside of Langholm and there is lots of biking to be done from the doorstep or a short drive away (Newcastleton is about 20miles away over a lovely fell).
Bit of a random one on here - granted! but if you're looking for a lovely place to live and love gardening then this is idilic!
I do have pictures of the cottage but it's very sweet - looks like a gingerbread house!
2 bedrooms... oh and no neighbours for about 500 meters.
