Looking for child-carrier friendly routes that take in some of the Wainwrights.

Last weekend I walked/scrambled up Stickle Ghyll in Langdale and managed Pavey Ark, Thuncar Knott and Loft Crag.  I didn't have enough left in the tank to manage Harison Stickle and Pike o'Stickle.  Although I thoroughly enjoyed the walk, I'd prefer less scrambling with the little one on my back.

Any recommendations?

If you park up at the top of Wrynose Pass then Pike o' Blisco and Crinkle Crags are in easy reach.

Coniston Old Man and Dow Crag are similarly easier if you park at the end of the tarmac on Walna Scar. You've the option of short-cutting the walk at Goat's Hause as well.

Get the bus from Keswick to Honister and walk back over High Spy, Maiden Moor and Catbells.

Latrigg - so easy there's even an "accessible path" so can get to the "summit" with a pushchair/wheelchair (and iirc there's a park bench at the top too?)

Dodd - but go in spring when the Ospreys return and check out the RSPB viewing point and the red squirrels

Catbells - easy with 2 tiny scrambles and ace views

Castle Crag - with a loop back around by the river (might avoid the climb up the slate steps if if's raining)

edit: oh and Walla Crag - another easy one from Keswick path that goes round the lake

Rannerdale Knotts in Buttermere

many of the best views are from the lower peaks imho.

There aren't many Wainwrights which require scrambling. Most can be approached from another direction

The best way of bagging a load is to walk the horseshoes - Kentmere/Fairfield/Coledale/Newlands.

I'm sure you know this already, but be cautious about keeping the nipper extra warm even in seemingly nice conditions, as you're keeping warm by exercising but they're not.

Perfect, thanks!

@martinhutch - Yes, I'm probably a little OTT with the layers on her.  Also circulation with her legs just hanging.  The carrier does have stirrups to help aid circulation but her legs aren't quite long enough just yet.
