So I am waiting to receive my notice of termination. I am expecting it in the coming week.
I started my employment on 17th May 2013, so I currently have 6 years 11 months service. This entitles me to 6 weeks notice.
However, that extra 6 weeks will take me into 7 years service.
Does that mean it counts as 7 years service and they must pay me 7 weeks notice?
I would assume it goes of the service at date of notification of termination, so 6 weeks.
I think it does.
I would do some research rather than rely on assumptions of internet strangers.
PILON is likely to be well discussed online by professionals.
I N R A T S but here is a link
