We are looking at possibly buying this house, and the cladding needs replacing..

Anyone any idea how much this kinda thing would cost to replace??

Built a cedar clad office/shed a few years back, even used cedar shingles on the roof, was lovely to work with.

Wire brush and some Sadolin job done, and a few coats of oil based paint on the soil pipes.
