Less than a grand. Personally Id go for a maintenance free plaggy.
cedar cladding on my mum's is mint at 47 years.
Built a cedar clad office/shed a few years back, even used cedar shingles on the roof, was lovely to work with.
Wire brush and some Sadolin job done, and a few coats of oil based paint on the soil pipes.
Picture doesn't do it justice... Several slats need replacing, & I'm likely to get my leg lifted as I've no idea on where to start... 😳 😐
rip it down and re fix new treated timber battons, and possibly some polystyrene sheet, then upvc shiplap clad it.
2 man job, about 800 quid,
Easy job, unless its hiding something...
ie less than a grand 😉
Cheers all...
That price will be getting knocked off the asking price then.. 😉
