I know VW vans are popular on here.
Has anyone fitted the cheap LED festoon interior light bulbs. I would like to see a pic to see how much brighter they are.

They will be bright white rather than dim yellow.

They will be no different to the LED lights in your kitchen.

Slightly off your point but I bought some cheap ones and they melted, bought some decent ones with the built in resistor and they've been fine ever since and very bright

can show you some pics in three weeks time.... van going in for a pop-top next week and having some lighting fitted at the same time.
