Just hired a Kuga from Enterprise in Glasgow....noticed that the bonnet was covered in fingerprints (black paint) then much much later discovered the reason: the washer bottle was empty and guess what...? The bonnet wouldn't open because the yellow plastic catch was stuck. So we kicked up a big fuss on returning the car and managed to get the auto box upgrade charge knocked off plus 25% discount for the next hire. Worth making a fuss!
