Morning All,
Driving to the Alps this year for the annual ski trip, we are going to have a full car so boards will have to go on the outside. We are going in a Volvo estate, and it does have roof bars, they are the standard Volvo ones, bowed silver with the black rubber strip that you remove to fit specific components.
Just wondered if anyone knew if the board holder has to be Volvo specific or can I shop around, also if anyone knew a good place for purchasing this sort of equipment it would be very useful, as I am now sure Halfords will be that helpful as I do not have the roof bars with me as, they are 120 miles away on a in-laws car.
