turned on and off four times remove sim and cleaned reset network settings
Try the SIM in a different phone?

Much better than the woeful customer service I got after someone fraudulently accessed my Voda account, changed my address, tariff & ordered themselves a new phone......
I'm now with T-Mobile after the way they went about sorting that mess out....
