Can't go wrong at that price for an entry level hardtail with decent geometry. I had one for two years and wasn't much i couldn't throw it down. Spec has got a bit worse in that 2 year period but still plenty of bike for the money.

Im tempted, the spec looks good for the money but what are peoples experiences of the fork? twangy?

the frame and the rest of the build look quite burly, but the forks only got 32mm sanctions.

Inn fairness I'm sure many of us rode 32mm forks for many years and still do. This sort of price range would usually have Suntour I suspect?

I'm a bit out of the loop on builds these days though but this deal send really solid four the price.

My Whyte hardtail came with Recon forks. Upgraded to Select+ Pikes following a PSA on here. Massive difference, but more to do with the damper tech than the leg diameter IMHO.

I see they have the Vitus Mythique 27 VR FS, at £1088 (with code) too.

Nice looking bike that.
