I know the real answer is it depends if you think it's worth it obviously, but just seeing what others think about paying up for Vimeo Plus.
This for non commercial, non serious, just sharing with friends and social media the very occasional video.
The reason I'm looking at it is with HD videos the file sizes can get quite large, but Vimeo free limits you to 500mb a month. One HD video can be more than this!
YouTube accepts chunky files, but it compresses the hell out of them and ads adverts, so I prefer Vimeo for sharing as the quality tends to be a lot better and no ads.
Obviously you're paying Vimeo to not add adverts and paying for the storage. But then I get tonnes of space via OneDrive that I pay for with an Office 365 sub. Sadly streaming direct from OneDrive seems to suck horribly.
