I need to offer an HD and low file size video (most schools ancient computers struggle with big files).

I have lots of options - the standard 'for email' option becomes very pixelated.

What would be settings for a reasonable compromise of quality viewing vs older computer (or even tablets/phones)?
My options:

IANAE - Is sound quality really important? Maybe try a lower setting for that.
