You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Hi ... for work, I've got to video a 60minute interview (head shot + voice) and then edit it to pop a 10 second vox-pop into a presentation.
Never done this type of thing before, but need obviously to video the interview, which will take place in home, probably evening time (so not much, if any daylight).
Can't spend much on a camera ... any recommendations please of brand / type to go for. Ideally smallish and unobtrusive, but able to pick up sound well and cope with lowish light.
many thanks
Right, how much were you going to spend on a camera? Do you have edit software or do you need to buy that as well.
It might be worth thinking about getting someone in to do it.. you could get a camera crew for £250 for half a day which is the cost of a fairly basic camera..
Or look at renting one, £100-£150 should get you a prosumer kit for a day.
Where in the world are you??
In London. The plan is to interview recruited respondents, video it, and then 'mark' the salient quotes. We then 'cut out the quote' and paste it into a ppt pres. So needn't be pro level by any means, but has to be half decent.
Hoping that a camcorder at £250 (+ an external mike?) on a tripod would suffice?
