I've only watched a couple, but it killed a couple of hours....

This amused me greatly...

And the chassis repair on this one made me squirm a bit and reach for the Scotch.

I'm sure it gets old very quickly, but so does lockdown.

Apologies if it's been done.

Coincidically I had never seen this until last night.

Watched the Chevelle start up all the way through when I should have been sleeping. Needless to say I've subscribed, his delivery is right up my road. Tittered alot enjoyed very much.

Stumbled on this recently as well. Really enjoyed the two about Ford pick up. I think I’m going through a lockdown craving for a yank car or truck.

@harrythespider they don’t (in many of states) have an MOT as we would know it. Smog tests (pollution are much more frequent). Hence you do see, especially in the rust belt, cars in a shocking state of rustiness. Sills and bodywork you can see through on cars driving around

I like Hoovies for a more simple car buying experience.

Buy something half shagged, get a knowledgeable person to fix it, sell it at a loss.

The entire US online car show industry depends on the fact that there's not. "We're not going to fix the holes in the floor or do anything more to the brakes other than hitting them with hammers, but we will totally fit a supercharged big block".

Well, people complain when there's an entire episode about brackets so there's got to be room for all, right?

I stumbled on this last night as well!

I got there after watching the BOM Bracket award category on the International Quarantine Car Show

There are some other classic channels that have been involved... I have bought the Tee-Shirt 😉

The lack of MOTs also keeps the bottom end of the car market high, as literal junk can still be driven round so it still fetches a price.

Just finished the Chevelle episode. I hope that he saves it (and makes it safe) whilst keeping or replicating the paint job. The patina on it is amazing.

If I was building a retro 70's RC car I'd paint it in faded and rusty Stars and Stripes.
