I'm doing the Mongol Rally next year and we're looking for a good / funny team name.

We'll be driving an ex-NHS ambulance to Mongolia and donating it to charity. There's 3 of us going - Ben, Mike and Emma.

So far our team name ideas are:

Mongol Medics
Mongolian Medical Adventure
Medics on a Mission
Mental Mongolian Medics

Can anyone do any better??

Cheers

How about "Ice cold in Ulan Bator"?

Also our ambulance is a bit less all terrain looking than that one! I think ours has about 5 inches of ground clearance under the fuel tank 🙁

scotty, you won't get to Ulaan Baatar with 5 inches of ground clearance unless you also have a chinook

i crossed Mongolia twice in a landcruiser and that wasn't easy

also have triplicate documents showing you can enter MN with the vehicle, or it will be nabbed at the border. some guys I spoke to in a bar had their civic seized this year after making it all the way to the border.

That's pretty serious. We were quite concerned about it being crushed at Dover as its GVW is fractionally over 3.5 ton that we are covered to drive on our licenses.. We're already having nightmares about some bright spark in customs deciding we're not going any further at the crucial time as we're about to leave!

Some word play on the M.A.S.H acronym perhaps?
