Trying to replace a velux blind and all the online places put in code from the plate. Unfortunately all I can make out is 1028 t10 which doesn't seem to correspond with anything anyone know if it actually helps or am I getting the measuring tape out and relying on skill and good luck?
No idea on codes but i would warn against the velux own ones that have a cord. On two of mine in the loft the cord has cut a groove into the mechanism and jammed/snapped.
So where it was easy to close the blind by hand i replaced with ones that are friction close and seem much better design.
burneep the plate on my windows is blank.
Glass sizes on both links measure glass and see if any are close to those sizes, if in doubt contact velux to confirm.
It is definitely a velux window and not a velux wanna be?
