I want to buy a bike and the seller is happy to have a courier collect.300 miles away from me so not really viable for me to drive 600 miles in a day plus the fuel expense.
What experience have you folk had using a courier and what did it cost?

I'd get quotes from Shiply or one of the other 'man with a van' outfits. I found the quotes come down after a few days and they are less likely to damage the bike as generally the person that collects it is the same person to deliver it

Paisley Freight are pretty much the go-to, they're not neccessarily the best but they'll usually get it done. But they do put a burden on the seller as far as packing it up goes- their rules are basically designed to give them get-out clauses for damage.
