I'm after a USB / External Soundcard to use with a Windows Laptop. My laptop doesn't appear to have the function to record via RCA - AUX from a Pioneer DJM800 mixer through Audacity.
I've a cheap and cheerful soundcard at the moment that seems to work but has issues with dropping out during recording and after a quick google, this may likely be the culprit, with the price it was, it wasn't unexpected.
After some recommendations that aren't mega expensive please, although I don't know what a typical price range is for this kind of thing.

I use a behringer uca222 to record vinyl from an amp to PC via audacity. Has RCA inputs and was £20. Works fine.

You may also find that using the asio4all driver might help along with increasing the buffer size if that is possible
Otherwise Behringer stuff should be ok
