I can get Hola to get the Netflix App to US Netflix, and can get it ready to cast, but actually playing it never works.
Anyone managed it?
From what I've heard it's not that easy and probably not worth the ball ache as it won't be very stable.

I believe you have to change some settings on your wifi router for Chromecast for it work with a VPN.
I remember trying this and could watch US Netflix on my laptop but it wouldn't stream on Chromecast.
The VPN is only on the laptop and the router is still a UK connection.
I googled it but it was beyond my basic IT knowledge.
You'll have to keep switching VPN as they blacklist them.
I believe you can setup a US Netflix account from outsode the US, a friends daughter did it for her Dad but she may have used a US credit card.
