[Closed] UPS international shipping from USA

I'm ordering some parts from the USA and need to select a shipping option. When I requested a quote I put in UK and my address and it suggested UPS ground at $50. Not sure how it's gets here via 'ground', though. Now at the checkout page and I have these options. I suspect I am limited to the last two as they state 'Itnl'. Anyone know if that might be the case. There is a fair price difference. They say they won't know the final price until it is packaged so the amount listed is the amount I am authorising them to go up to.
