No, not Lol Fox, although he undoubtedly is. This time it's conservator door hinges. Assuming the pic upload works, I need to buy a replacement for one of these, you might be able to see that one of them has snapped. A quick Google draws a blank, primarily because I don't know the correct name for this type of hinge. They're adjustable and fix into the wood with an Allen key.
Does anybody in the spectrum of niche knowledge that is stw know specifically what they are called, or where to buy another one? If it helps the gap between the fixing Allen key screw and the locating peg adjacent to it is 34mm.

Image links aren't working, any tips for a better one?
Upload the pics to postimage mate. 👍
No images, but are we talking about Soss hinges?

Any luck with this?...
It's a link to a postimage gallery.
Edit, it appears to have worked. The middle image is the (clearly) broken one.
Not Soss hinges
Yep, it's working.
No idea but I'd be swapping them all out for 'real' hinges!

I'm no expert in the realm of conservatory door ironmongery. What constitutes a real hinge? There appears to be a mind-boggling range of options.🤨
I've seen that type before. Not that specific one though.
Used to use similar to that on UPVC doors years ago.
It might be worth getting in touch with a company that makes wooden conservatories and doors.
Edit - is this one here them?
Edit edit - hmmm, similar but not same 👆
I was just about to post the same as @kayak23 but it looks to be a lift off type whereas the OP's is a screw on type....or at least has screw adjustment, very similar though.

They are indeed lift-off hinges, the screws are just for vertical adjustment.
The hinged linked to by @kayak23 should do a similar job. The "middle" grub screw adjusts the height
