I have a pair of fancy titanium specs. So fancy that I couldn’t afford to upgrade to really thin lenses and had to half arse it with some thinned but not thin versions. Now there is a line of grime building up in the slight groove where the lenses meet the frames.

Any top tips for cleaning without having to remove the lenses completely and then spending half an hour turning the air blue whilst searching for the worlds tinniest screws?

Remove the lenses but just don't totally remove the screws? (or, you know, take them out but carefully).

Thing is I need glasses to see. Take them off, remove worlds tinniest screws, where are they? I do not know because I cannot see 😕 also I own small children so an aircraft could go missing in my house. Small screws don’t stand a chance.

Tried soapy water and a soft toothbrush but there’s still some dirt in there. Toothpick is a good shout

Don’t own a dishwasher unfortunately. Think it could possibly ruin the coatings on the lenses too

If you've got the world's tinniest screws they probably want replacing with steel ones anyway.
