[Closed] UK2 Web hosting hopelessness - alternatives?

So hosted a few mates websites via an account on UK2 and over the last month or so they have managed to completely muck most aspects of it up. Websites disappearing, hosting packages not having all the features enabled etc.,

All sort of understandable stuff, these things go wrong, I get that, but when it comes to customer service UK2 seem to excel at being totally hopeless.

You cannot speak to anyone they have a ticketing system where it takes about a month to get a reply and the live chat drops out suspiciously whenever you ask a tricky question..

I have stuck with it given them a chance but being told I cannot escalate an issue because I am “lucky” they are dealing with it is the last straw.

So can anyone recommend a hosting company for multiple websites and domains with good customer service?

Had an account with Dataflame that started out well but then their Customer Support moved to online only, no phone numbers etc, so what else is out there??
