Building up a Cotic Bfe for some hard hitting trail riding,peaks,wales etc.. what tyres would people reccomend for good cornering,roll-ability and confidence inspiring riding?? cheers Dave

Maxxis highroller, 2.35, single ply, kevlar bead, maxxpro compound.
You could go supertacky on the front and dual ply on the rear, but you'd need big legs to keep them moving on an XC ride.

Panaracer Rampage SC 2.35. Absolutely stonking Wales tyre, none of that transition you get with High Rollers either.
