...passing by Stirling along hill foots. Blues on, not sirens, moving as a three, a further black jag that was like the unmarked cars Police Scotland use following with two burly lads in. The armoured van had no windows, no cash loading door, so not prison van or normal cash delivery van(?)
Moving big money? Hit squad? Doughnut run to Greggs? Mine explosives?
Any ideas?
that was the master copy of my new mixtape
My annual bonus.
I think there's a load of cash heading towards Sunderland.
Chain Reaction delivering a metre of SP41 cable.
Blue or white van?
Also what size/model of van?
White, short wheelbase Sprinter I think, no markings apart from small g4s on door, armoured windows.
transporting a high profile prisoner?
White is g4s civilian, so will be court/police related.
My guess would be evidence being moved.
E numbers for irn bru factory
transporting a high profile prisoner?
No windows in the rear.
It the recipe for Cremola Foam

Were they moving Sterling out of Stirling ? Impending IndiRef ??
Heading away from Glenochil or towards it? If towards I say check out the news for any trials today. If away I say check out the news tomorrow for any big trials.
I'm now thinking nuke codes, after the carrier chase down the channel.

Silly boy, we don't have such things as codes, Trump/Clinton for those....
Surely there is pair of big red buttons under a plastic flap, further than arms length apart?
Probably re-locating Elvis, he moves safe house every few weeks....
Two police cars and a g4s van walk into a bar and the barman says "why the long chase?"

Sounds like my ex.
Probably an exercise in self importance, quite common in the police.
Accelerate up and follow them, see how quick the black Jag drops back and makes it clear you need to f*ck off.
Filming the final episode of the Fall , Andersons boobies need special protection .
We had something like this earlier in the year on our way to Cwm Rhaeadr from New Quay. Not a major road or anything, bike copper comes round bend towards us waving his arms at as if we should pull over. Before we had time to really take it in, more cop bikes followed by cars and a black jag/bmw car with a smartly dressed couple in the back? No it wasn't the queen.
Always wondered who they were? Gawd knows. Nice riding by the way. 🙂

Moving a lot of money or evidence (drugs or guns)
My mate in CID had this a little while back where they had to shift a lot of cash that they'd seized to a more secure location. The rather pleasant group of chaps who didn't have the money anymore had indicated they were quite happy to reclaim their money and were following in two 4x4's. Thankfully there was a helicopter above and a lot of BMW's carrying two men on the road that day to deter them
I remember driving up the M4 very slowly towards Reading behind a convoy of plain khaki articulated lorries, police outriders, an army ambulance and a fire engine. Police would not let us overtake. Always assume they had nukes or chemical weapons onboard.
olly, a safe bet given the make up of the convoy and with AWE (Atomic Weapons Establishment) being just down the road.
http://www.awe.co.uk/about-us/our-locations/
AWE Burghfield is a 225 acre site where we assemble and maintain warheads while in service and then decommission them when out of service
Olly, did you read the signage on the police cars?
If it says MOD police it will be warheads. If it says CNC it will be power station stuff, and if it says TVP it will be the doughnut run.
Nope, wrong side of roundabout. Just normal V70 estates.
Didn't see signage on the police cars. The trucks themselves were completely plain, no markings whatsoever. Terrifying.
I once watched a convoy coming out of (I assume) Broadmoor when I was round the back of Swinley. They had a bunch of bikes, marked 5 series and big volvo estates and blocked all the entrances to the roundabout before an escorted lorry was brought onto it. The cops in the backs of the marked cars looked very much like they might well have been the armed sort. All in all must have been 4 or 5 cars and the same number of bikes.
I guess the Costa takeout order for a secure hospital must be quite sizeable and given the price of a coffee there its a high value cargo!
transporting a high profile prisoner?
Nicola Sturgeon was in Glasgow yesterday
She's not high value though.

Warheads on the way up to Faslane.

The FC use g4s to empty the parking meters at their trailcentres. Must have been a busy half term.....
