Moral of the story = warm up properly kids.
I thought I heard something.
I was gonna ask you for advice on my knee, but maybe you're not the best person... 😉
Jeez, that's a long way to pull it, unless you're in bloody Glasgow already...

Thank god its not your banjo string. 😯
And another thing. Dinnae drop an ice pack on your gonads.
Wetwang always reminds me of the Meaning of Liff by Douglas Adams
You should think about adding some stretching to your weekly fitness regime.
TSY - no. Caused by a muscle imbalance. Quads are much stronger than hamstrings so easy to make them go pop when sprinting without a full warm up.
Yeah, you say that SBZ... but if you'd done some stretching before hand...
If i'd done some stretching beforehand I'd have pulled my hamstring earlier. Ye dinnae stretch cold muscles dude 😀
I'm just pulling your leg...
I know.
Don't pull it until he's warmed up a bit - he might damage something
Torn cremaster muscle wouldnt be good right enough.
Anyway i've always believed that you "ping a hammy". Twanging is something else altogether.
ewwww. glasgow
