You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
A Question of Sport. Been past its sell by date for about 20 years.
I’m with joshvegas on the unexplored bomb programme. It could be called Z list go boom! Either that or Climbing for Dollars from the Running Man.
Some good choices and sadly I agree with 99% of them. I don’t watch terrestrial TV, just Netflix, Prime etc, yet I still know about celebrity shite and soaps. This is through some sort of osmosis. Such is their evil, all consuming nature.
"I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here, There, Over There, And A Few Chunks Up That Tree"?
Anything at all that involves talent type contests be they "real" fake or involving so called celebrities. So That jungle programme, anythig with dancing, singing etc.
Anything that creates famous people famous for being famous and sod all use to the world.
Anything American except for Alaska the last Frontier.
Anything that uses incorrect grammar, speeling or capitalisation etc.
Anything that tries to tell us how to live our lives.
Anything that doesn't actually motivate us to get off our fat arses and do something more productive than watch the sodding box.
Use the STM approach to the idiot box.
" Is the programme I am watching enhancing my life?"
If the answer is no, then turn the television off and go and do something less boring instead.
I’ll start with any sort of reality based TV
Ok, but let's make an exception for a house full of MILFs and horny teenage boys.

And bring back "Why don't you...?"
The News. Generally when the news is presented on t.v. it is so over simplified it becomes pointless.
SAS Who Dares Wins
Complete poo these days, when applying for the show you must have had to have some demon in the closet to be selected so the first few episodes a pull them apart. You hardly get to see the winner as they are just too boring for air time
I’m Begging ‘MILF Manor’ to Stop Confusing MILFs and Cougars
I'd like to go on record in saying that I'm not confused. Though I appreciate the concern.
Not a show so much as the fake/manufactured drama in many of them.
"Would they be able to complete the task on time?!"
"The weather is closing in, they've only got one shot at this!"
"They can't get the parts, prompting a frantic set of phone calls to track down an alternative!"
Oh phew, they made it... 🙄
A lot of these shows would be more interesting if they binned off the fake drama and actually discussed some engineering (or whatever it happens to be).

"COOKING DOESN'T GET ANY TOUGHER THAN THIS!!"
Oh, I bet it does, Greg. They're making a jam roly-poly for an octogenarian, not grilling pork chops in the lion enclosure at Whipsnade.
On the fake jeopardy front could this please get binned off from any Guy Martin programme? They'd be really quite interesting if they weren't dumbed down to 20 mins of actual content in an hour's programme with the rest being made up of adverts, recaps and the aforementioned jeopardy quotient.

Don't forget the obligatory brew-ups
I wouldn't cancel any of the tv as there is so much choice, I can just turn over if I don't like what's on.
However, I'd like to considerably like to change the news to include more good news stories instead of the depressingly large amount of negative news that is currently shown.
Also maybe reduce the amount of graphic violence on TV, there really is not any need for some of it.
I think YouTube has really shown how to produce great content without the usual tv show 'drama' and 'commercialism' and general dross formats.
Don’t forget the obligatory brew-ups
I think you mean
Don’t forget the obligatory brew-ups
Don’t forget the obligatory brew-ups, eh boss?

This is a good one. I used to watch Ice Road Truckers with my FiL. It got to the point where I actually wanted to see one of them crash through the ice and drown. Stop promising icy death and not delivering! Look what you’ve made me in to TV!
On (US) reality shows - this is an insightful read:

Fawlty Towers
Question Time. I used to like watching it but it is now out of control awful.
Keep all the sport and reality stuff as people stay in to watch it. Best time for a ride = when Wales is playing.
Football.
Goggle Box.
Love Island or the similar rubbish like Made in Chelsea.
