I got a Samsung 40inch LED panel from Currys for £500 a few weeks ago. It has Internet on it, which means Netflix and Vimeo.

Try john lewis. They will price match other high street stores (richer sounds, currys, etc.), and you get a free 5 year warranty on all of their televisions.

Panasonic and Toshiba were my shortlist when I bought one last. Went with the Tosh and am very happy with my wash.
