- Recommend any alternative ways to get round London ?
Bus, taxi, bicycle, foot
Sorry should of said best alternative without riding and fully walking round london fully (too many injuries)😂
Train, bus, tram, cable car, minicab, taxi...?
Hahaha, thank you
Train, bus, tram, cable car, minicab, taxi…?
Plus river bus.
Skateboarding, unicycle, helicopter
Does that mean I can't get to Heathrow Airport on the Elizabeth Line on Sunday?
even cycling in London is hardly arduous, even with injuries (ofc depends what those injuries are) - it's mainly flat to very minor inclines and the Santander bikes have very low gearing. Toughest part of the route I used to do regularly was the Col de Blackfriars (basically over BLackfriars Bridge)
Great for 10-15 minute hops where you can get a couple of miles that takes best part of an hour to do on foot.
Oh shit hope they are called off before 8th 😕
Does that mean I can’t get to Heathrow Airport on the Elizabeth Line on Sunday?
Not sure which Sunday you're talking about!
In any case, Elizabeth Line appears unaffected by strikes but it's worth it to keep checking on www.tfl.gov.uk - esp because a lot of maintenance happens on Sundays anyway.

The river bus routes are bit limited and helicopter parking can be a right pain in the bum.
Try hitchhiking? Londoners are a lovely friendly bunch and will always help out a stranger trying to get around
The river bus routes are bit limited
Any bus route is a 'bit limited'!
You can use your oyster card on the river bus btw. And it is fast thanks to the lack of congestion, traffic lights, etc
Buses probably really busy due to tube strikes I'm thinking
Is there a tour bus that's on route?
Could be a lazy option😂
Where are you needing to go? How far and what time do you need to be at places? Private taxi hire for the day? Buses no doubt run by where you need to go...
All over really
If the tubes aren’t running then buses tend to be rammed, roads jammed and hire bikes scarce.
Elizabeth line and a bit of walking is probably your best bet. Have a look at where you want to go and see if you can make that work.
Andy that's exactly what appears to be the best option ....we shall see ..thank u
