Is this a vote winner?
"He will quickly cut the head off ISIS!" I would laugh if he didn't stand half a chance of winning.
How does he hope to get Mexico to pay for a wall on US southern border?
That looked like something Chatlie Brooker would have made up to make Trump look like a ****
I just see [url=
Every time.
"He will quickly cut the head off ISIS!"
Did he actually say after this that he will take their oil as well? 😯
Didn't the ad actually say "cut the head off of Isis"? Horrible phrasing.
People seem to be getting obsessed with the video footage of Morocco, which is distracting them from going "wait, the whole thing's retarded". Not good tactics. Yeah, you're going to build a wall but Mexico WILL pay for it? Why will they do that? You're going to take ISIL's oil? WHich actually belongs to Iraq and Syria, you're just going to take it? And you're still planning to ban US muslims from entering the US
Though some of it is quite funny. I saw a comment "Obviously they just got Mexico and Morocco confused because they're both foreign, start with an M and end with an O. There's going to be some confusion in Monaco when they get the bill for the wall"
Is this a vote winner?
do I get a vote?
1. Has America always been this F****D
2. If not has Fox News completely mushed their brains
3. How bad must Trump be to have Fox News against him?
4. Whats worst Communist Brainwashing television or Fox Brain mushing television? State control or Capital control media?

It's like judging the UK by what Farage or Nick Griffin say and the covers of the Daily Mail and Sun.
The other 90% of Americans are perfectly normal decent people.
Every time I see something new from Trump, the only conclusion I can draw is that this is all part of some GOP master plan- Trump will withdraw late from the candidacy, and whichever of the remaining candidates wins the nomination will seem so moderate in comparison that the American public will, with great relief, vote for the Republican candidate in the presidential election rather than Clinton.
Trump is a loser. He will not win the presidential race. He repeats the same messages over and over and when it comes to the wire he won't be able to address the broader range of issues that a serious contender can/will. He is focussing on what his established support want to hear and not trying to appeal to the Democrats for example. So the most likely scenario is he splits the Republican vote and the next president of the YooEssA will be Hillary Clinton. IMO.
I don't agee with what he says but here is a viewpoint
His popularity went up after he made the statement, so it makes sense repeat it on tv ad. Trump is proving to be much smarter than his opponents whose critisms and outrage show they are out of touch with electorate as his vote goes up.
How does he hope to get Mexico to pay for a wall on US southern border?
Trumps position is unless the Mexicans pay he will tear up the free trade agreements which exist which would be hugely damaging for Mexico, a significant portion if their economy is manufacturing for sale into the US. Also he could stop issuing/severley restrict visas to Mexicans.
I still believe he cannot win but the longer this goes on the more in doubt I am. I felt Bush would win the Republican nomination but his campaign got off to an awful start and has never recovered. Ben Carson who is in second place isn't much beter.
thisisnotaspoon, but what about Fox News? Isn't that very popular?

A counter view ...
Trump is most definitely a winner. He's a well known face on US TV (Apprentice) and Americans recognise and appreciate business success. If Trump wins the nomination the vast majority of Republicans will vote for him as they hate the Democrats more. Trump doesn't need to appeal broadly to Democrats to win, there are a few key swing states and some of his very brash statements will appeal to those voters. Hillary Clinton I like but I wonder whether the US is ready to vote for a female President ?
thisisnotaspoon, but what about Fox News? Isn't that very popular?
UK newspaper circulations:
Sun - 2million
Daily Mail - 1.6 Million
Below that is I think the express, and nothing else gets over half a million a month.
So from that we can conclude the UK is a nation obsessed by boobs, Charlote Church's 16th birthday, schoolgirl fashions and immigration.
Of course it's popular, but not everyone watches it, and not everyone that watches it fails to take what it says with a grain of salt. It's a huge target for satire in the USA, a country famous for not being able to poke fun at itself! It's like Katie Hopkins TV, but you wouldn't judge the UK by what she says?
Don't panic - This (from a North American pundit):
"There are guys back in the smoke-filled rooms at the Republican National Committee who cringe every time Donald Trump says he wants to build a wall along the border with Mexico, because they know that he’s alienating Latino voters in states like Nevada and Colorado that are in play in 2016. Even reliably-Republican Texas will become a swing state before long, as Hispanic Texans will outnumber white ones by 2020 and be an outright majority in about 30 years.
When Mitt Romney ran against Obama, he barely pulled 20% of the Latino vote. It’s now common knowledge amongst Presidential election strategists that it is not possible to win office with less than about 40% of the Latino vote."
The more this goes on the more i think the bbc are close to the mark about Trump being a democratic plant.
The way it is going hillary will not really have to do to much to get elected should trump win the republican nomination

Interesting take on things, don't agree with it however. Don't know many americans, but those I do know (my GFs family) are all republicans, and state they would rather not vote at all than vote for either.
I'm fairly sure that trump will put off more 'swing voters' than attract them. Americans aren't that stupid..
Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on
What does that even mean? How are you going to differentiate who is a muslim and who isn't Donald? the colour of their skin?
How are you going to differentiate who is a muslim and who isn't Donald?
I believe the standard technique is to force people to have tattoos identifying their religion. 😯
No ideas on the timescales or methods employed to eventually lift a ban.
A ban until "we can figure out what the heck is going on" is as absurd and vague a comment as it is possible ti make.
What next? "Vote for me cause I will do stuff".
His popularity went up after he made the statement
correct, but ONLY amongst a certain subset of Americans who are yet to vote for a candidate from their party to run for president, about 35% of identified republicans have said they'd vote for him, about the same amount that has said they'd vote for the other two front running candidates, which if anything; tells us that republicans haven't made up their minds yet. Overall the pro Trump vote is about 7-8% of the total voting public.
Are muslims allowed to play on Trumps golf courses?
If the Open is held at Turnberry, does Tiger Wooods get to play, he's bit, y'know, tanned, so may well be a muslim?
f the Open is held at Turnberry,
Not going to happen according to the R&A, as long as Trump is in charge.
I know we all like to feel superior to Americans, but despite the myopia over gun control and limited passport distribution all this talk about Trump leading the Polls is a very limited cross section of supporters and not the general population. The general population is not that stupid.
