Pushing the limits
fell off at the end though....
what people will do for sponsorship money eh?
Only just made the ramp.
I remember watching fmx when everyone said doing a backflip was impossible but people kept trying(and usually really hurting themselves) it mad how quickly it has progressed.
Pfff... someone did a triple flip on a BMX in 2011 😉
I wonder, will FMX get to a point where the tricks just stop progressing? Surely it's coming close to plateau / stultification. Or will it just keep going to the point where people regularly die in competition?
Maybe it's already had it's day, and only stunts like this catch the public eye.
Until I see someone do a 360 on an FMX bike (and not some weird half flip whip thing), I maintain it's a sport lacking any style or grace.

Really? 😯 I think there's a lot of negatives you could point to, but I can't say I agree with that.
Yeah. It's just my opinion, and obviously it's tremendously skillful and physical, but I think it completely lacks the smoothness and style of BMX, skateboarding or surfing.
Utterly amazing. They are a bit crazy those fellas.
I saw the Nitro Circus show with my son, it was fantastic entertainment.
it's mad how quickly it has progressed.
BITD I used to think I was pretty handy on an MX ,I have been kidding myself for too long. 🙁 🙂
Surely progression is natural, and will continue ever onward. Look how long people have been diving, and there is still progression in that. Perhaps technology will play a role, making bikes lighter and more maneuverable, or making it safer to push the boundaries.
