Just joined this as it looks fairly interesting.

its kind of another facebook type thing but tailored to fitness and excercise.

You can put in your interests and follow people with similar interests, take challenges such as 50 crunches a day for a week etc etc, join tribes (groups) of your particular interest, contribute to message boards, list your achievements, set up your own challenges, list your equipment and equipment wants. Could be quite motivational,..

Gonna give it a shot and see how it goes, and I fully expect the:
