I'm looking for travel insurance for booking with a foreign travel agency who don't have ATOL protection. It seems this isn't that common. I've called a couple companies and they say their supplier failure insurance wouldn't cover this.
Anyone with experience?

I had considered that but a likely 2% handling fee would add up and I'm unsure this would cover any expensive last minute return flights should it all go pear shaped. It is for travel to Peru so I feel the risk is higher than normal.
