Week in Lake Garda in June. Single trip family policy with admiral is < £30 so that's fine. I'm hoping to do one day out self guided mtb so I guess I technically have to tick the hazardous activity box which means I need to call them to discuss.
Do people generally be upfront about this type of thing for a single trip or just go for it!?
Any recommendations for companies to look at given the potential hazardous activity? I've tried admiral coz I get a customer discount plus a bit of topcashback!
Never had to organize insurance before as I've always had it through bank account but I cancelled that a few years ago, this us the first trip since.
If you don’t tell them and you have a tumble and need medical attention you’re potentially stuffed.
Give them a call and get it noted. Not all travel insurance co’s class MTB as hazardous but no need to give them a reason to wiggle out of a claim because you didn’t tell them.
