Blackberrys are crap, aren't they...? you can transfer contacts from Sim onto phone, but not from phone onto Sim....
have tried importing contacts to Outlook. tried using Gmail and importing via CVS file onto Gmial. have tried two apps, niether of which regcognised the Sony. all to no avail...
is there a way around having to enter over 300 contacts (numbers and email) manually?

Depending what version of software you are running on the crapberry you should be able to sync your contacts up to gmail then back down on to the Android device.
You could try using Bluetooth to sync contacts between the devices?
gmail not working.. or rather, the files taken from Blackberry are not complete (file madi into a CVS file)... names, but no numbers!
tried to bluetooth across, but each contact has to be moved individually!
proper shite and never again!

Your SIM won't hold that many contacts, best option is to try and sync them with an email account then import from there.
The nice thing about the google contacts is you can manage them in the web browser, do you get any errors when exporting/importing them?
