Mentally committed to do more trail running in the next 12 months building up to Kullamannen Deadzone 22k.
So I'd like a structured training plan going into 2019, something like Trainer Road but for runners.
What do runners use, any good recommendations?

I've had decent results in the past from the plans in the book Run Less, Run Faster. They are based on three sessions a week, one of intervals, one tempo and one long steady run.
