We're planning to get into family camping this year with our young lads. Mrs grew up with trailer tents so we're aware of the plus points and down sides this type of camping. Just wanted to ask if anyone had any good or bad experiences with particular makes or models? I've put an wtd in the classifieds too, if anyone is clearing out the garage?!
Yeah, those Camp-Lets are well nice. Was looking at one in Camperlands the other week. Sadly a bit small and 5-10 times over budget!

ebay is your friend...
Ok, 4.5x......!
its all in the ease of use !
We bought one years ago secondhand that was absolute crap in terms of design. The fold-out sleep platforms saw my little one fall off twice on a two-week camping trip. Funny, yes, but also a direct result of there being nothing to stop him when he rolled toward the canvas wall.
I think it was called Suntour or something like that. Made in Yorkshire it was.
EDIT: My wife tells me she thinks it was called 'Suncamp'
Sunncamp?
