Just heard that my wife has been allocated some free tickets courtesy of Allianz for this match which is all fine and dandy, but...
• We only have a passing interest in Rugby - usually just watch the six nations!
• Is this considered a 'big match' or is the stadium likely to be 1/3rd full?
• It's going to cost us a small fortune to get there (we live in Derbyshire). Especially if we have to stay over.
How easy is it to get away from Wembley on a Friday night (back to St. Pancras for train home). Or are there cheapish places to stay nearby?
Both teams are playing good rugby at the minute and have some big names between them; Toulouse have some very exciting French national players.
Personally I think even as a non rugby fan you'd get a good day out.
Don't know anything about wembley though. Sorry.
Sarries get a lot of people to Wembley for their matches.
This will be a Heineken Cup Match and there will be pretty good travelling support from Toulouse.
I'd say it'd be a good day out. I'm guessing it's an evening match so you shouldn't be too troubled by commuter traffic. And they seem to organise the public transport to and from Wembley very well.
Can you gift the tickets to anyone else if you aren't too bothered?
