As they always seemed to be well regarded on here I joined the Plantronics Backbeat Fit fan club back in Jan 16. After about 9months they stopped producing sound from the right-hand ear piece but Amazon replaced them with minimal fuss. Now 18 months later the same has happened to the replacements.
I contacted Amazon last week who referred me to Plantronics customer support, they arranged for the faulty ones to be collected the next day and I have another nice shiny new pair today!
While the customer support has been good, I'm a bit concerned that they possibly have an inherent flaw causing them to fail. Anyone else had the same problem with theirs?
To be fair, although I'm not rough with them they do get used a lot, both when just walking to work and back, and also when running (and I sweat like a <insert your own joke about someone sweating a lot here>).
