It's kind a funny how when clicking on half the images in this thread you instead get a picture of that little dog flying at you!
Beach n’ island 5 miles from my house at Carrick bay, nr Gatehouse of Fleet, that’s the Isle of Man you can see at horizon on left.
Scotland can be sunny n' nice, looks almost Mediterranean at times 😉
The island is easily accessible at low tide as the walk across is all on soft sand and tide goes way out

There’s chocolate chip ice cream available, it would be rude not to! However, there were lots and lots of sodding wasps around! 😖
This is a machine-and-a-half, and makes a terrific noise as it trundles along at 2mph
Hurrah! My life is complete - five out of six in the gold, and one on the ‘spider’, a tiny little cross in the exact centre of the gold! 🫠

These were taken along the Wilts & Berks Canal, which is undergoing restoration. This section is Pewsham Locks, which need to be completely rebuilt, because it was used by Canadian troops for demolition practice during the war!
