An away game but finally a game.




Mmmm, pie! Wild mushroom on a bed of mashed spud, with red wine gravy. Plus a pint of Darkness stout from a brewery in Exeter. That was the first pint… 😁

Ripping out a kitchen, found this cool old label on some timber.
I realised I should have posted a photo of the pie before I started stuffing it in my gob, so here’s another one from earlier today, in all its pristine glory. Didn’t stay that way for long…

The one above was taken handheld at 22.58, the only light is from the pub behind me, which I’d just left. You can see Auriga above the big house in front, above the Audi.








How did that melt?
I'd left one of my bikes out in the sun, to make room to work on another inside the shed (I had already undone the seatpost clamp to use on the other bike but not yet removed it). Some hours later there was a loud fizzling noise and loads of smoke, didn't see any flame, but it must have got pretty hot, and it stunk really bad too.
