I am supposed to be training for a 13km race (off road running) in three weeks, but for the last week or so I've had what feels like a slight cold that is sitting on my chest. There is very little coughing, but I am producing phlegm and can feel it when I breath in deeply.
Should I go for a run?

That's pretty much what I thought. It's frustrating, though, as I haven't done any training since Monday.
