Had dominos last night and the significant other raised that perhaps we should be tipping the driver.
Does anyone actually do this in england? am I in fact scrooge?
Please help me with this moral dilema 😉
If you didn't throw up on him that's good enough.
I'd be worried about your wife and the driver.
ahhh but we wernt watching football
if I have a quid in my pocket I'll give it too him.
used to get tips back home in Oz as a Pizza Boy... usually a 'keep the change' thing, best I ever got was $50 and a joint, they were good chaps those 🙂
Oh, and once had a couple of rather hot ladies flash their norks at me from their balcony as a 'tip' as well, happy days 🙂

I just round up to the nearest note I have...
Do you tip the bus driver? The supermarket till person?
My tip would be get a better job
One of my ex's was a pizza delivery driver, all the regular customers that were rude or never tipped got extra Toppings
A good rule in life is look after the person bringing your food
A good rule in life is look after the person bringing your food
Especially if that person is a ****?
She was a ****t, but a looker with free pizza 😉
That megan fox looks like she just got out of belsen. Still would though..
Always tip people who give me food. I've worked in pubs/resturants I know what goes on.
If you've seen the film Waiting, then the answer is yes, thats exactly what goes on!
Pizza guy always seems genuinely surprised when I tell him to keep the change. I try n tip 10% ish, maybe less if its an hour, maybe more if its in 10 mins.
I'd give Megan Fox my tip.
....she could have my full wad.

+1. Always tip the pizza boy.
startling, i never knew...
Always tell them to keep the change or add a quid on.
Having done similar takeaway delivery jobs when I worked abroad in my teens I always made extra effort to get food to the tippers asap, tight arses went to the back of the queue.. food cold, taken ages to get to you?.. tough shit, put your hand in your pocket and look after the driver 😉
My tip is never order Pizza. Disgusting, all of them.
heathen
My tip is never order Pizza. Disgusting, all of them.
Bet you've never tried a Large Doner pizza with extra onions and chilli sauce... 'tis the stuff dreams are made of pal.
I have a dream....
Does anyone actually do this in england?
from what I saw while living in England, no, you lot don't tip often.. but I'm Scottish and almost always tip food delivery drivers.
Dominos pizza is awful BTW
Dont understand tipping personally.
Person gets paid by the company to do a task. Then upon completion of said task gets more payment from the person who has already paid them via the company.
Plus its tax evasion!!!! Burn them!!!
When i worked in a fast food shop whilst i was at college, most drivers were claiming benefits!!! And i am not talking legitimate here either. Needless to say i dont tip them lol.
Always tip them, and waiters. And very often, taxi drivers.
I always tip at least 10% for taxis, deliveries, restaurants etc
Taxi drivers and pizza guys round these parts refuse tips in my experience!
Given what Domino charge, no.

Will try ordering that nexrt time. How come they don't do a madras pizza?
Our delivery guy tends to hint by spending ages finding the change.
only if it's raining and they look particularly miserable
they're the most dangerous road users round here too, them and Lewis Day couriers
