So I lost my keys for my thule rack,its locked closed,(i know stupid). Anyone any idea of how i can get the lock out without damaging the rack,not bothered about scrapping the lock though.

as Andy says, can order a replacement key with the correct number from various places, just check the number required on the lock barrel. I had to do it for a locked roof box i bought!
hadn't thought of that Andy as needed them today, couple of seconds search and a phone call reveals local halfords have a set of barrels with the same code. meaning i can match up my roof bars and bike rack.
We did exactly as above when we had bits from an old rack on a new one.
halfords own roof bar barrel locks will fit thule, i replaced mine with them for considerably less than thule originals.
the key style is different so i doubt that you'll find a halfords one to fit your original thule lock
