Eyelashes? I think they're OK.

Salt spots that's what they are.

I suffered for years, small white thingies that my mother would pick out with a small needle, once she'd gotten bored of that torture I carried on.
I don't get many anymore, they seem to have dissipated somewhat so say I get about 10 or so a year.

I still get a small needle to them, break the surface gently then a gentle squeeze.

I went to the Docs years ago about them, said nothing to worry about, nothing to be done about them ( I thought they were zits at one point ) Doc recommended the needle method, I sterilise it first mind.

its the ones that grow right on where the hairs come out, look like worms about 2mm+ long

i do/did get salt spots called em "white heads" and pick them out with needle too.

@samuri please no more links i get paraniod that my eye will fall out!!! 😀

Skin tags, tie off tightly with a bit of cotton. It'll just drop leaving no marks

Sounds like skin tags to me. And yes, they are harmless.

ah skin tags it must be then....

so do i walk round the office with cotton tied to my face then? now my face will get laughed at (even more!) 😀 😀

When I was at Uni a pathology lecturer showed us a slide of an eye with 'white things' around the base of the eye lashes, turned out they were lice eggs........pubic ones!!!! Enjoy!!
