Just a quickie, want to order some of those straps that you can hang from the ceiling and do core and strength exercises on.

Not the elasticated ones, you know the ones I mean, what you got and where did you get them from?

Thanks

I got a TRX kit on offer from Play.com last year. I ended up paying about £80.

EDIT: you can probably get cheaper versions. Just search for Suspension Training

With a user name of "hugh-jardon" and a title of "Those strap things"

The only missing word was "on" for it to promise much Sid James style laughs 😀

Doesn't look noticeably different to the TRX stuff at the gym.

Think there were some on a decathlon bit of junk mail I got yesterday. Not digging it out of the bin but try searching their site

Google 'S Trainer', I went for one recently as it was cheaper than a TRX but looked decent quality.

It seems pretty good.

Try making one other than the dvds can't see what the extra cost is for. Rosstraining has a guide to making one Homemade suspension trainer. he also has good training guides.
