Just a quickie, want to order some of those straps that you can hang from the ceiling and do core and strength exercises on.
Not the elasticated ones, you know the ones I mean, what you got and where did you get them from?
Thanks
I got a TRX kit on offer from Play.com last year. I ended up paying about £80.
EDIT: you can probably get cheaper versions. Just search for Suspension Training
With a user name of "hugh-jardon" and a title of "Those strap things"
The only missing word was "on" for it to promise much Sid James style laughs 😀
Don't forget the "Just a quickie..." opener.

Doesn't look noticeably different to the TRX stuff at the gym.
Think there were some on a decathlon bit of junk mail I got yesterday. Not digging it out of the bin but try searching their site

Anyone got any experience of the Argos or any other cheaper versions? Cheapest I've seen the TRX ones is 119 😯
Google 'S Trainer', I went for one recently as it was cheaper than a TRX but looked decent quality.
It seems pretty good.
TRX find them on Amazon, very good did a few classes on that.

Must admit I read strap-on rather than strap...
Make your own with motocross tie downs and some handles off ebay, mine cost £20 and work as good as any trxmin a gym.
Email me if you want photo's
just google suspension trainer. personally i'd just buy rings w/straps for £20 odd.

Try making one other than the dvds can't see what the extra cost is for. Rosstraining has a guide to making one Homemade suspension trainer. he also has good training guides.
Olympic Rings are around £25 on amazon or eBay.
